Dr Arora has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have several longstanding conditions which she treats. I am fully involved in my treatment and she listens to my concerns.

Mrs Arora has been my doctor for about 20 years. She is very approachable and competent with a good sense of humour. I have always been dealt with promptly and she is someone I would trust.

A very good and simple way of explaining issues and concerns. Listens to any requests from her customers and actions them promptly. Provides good care.

I have been under the care of Dr Mrs Arora for over 20years and under the Surgery practice for 30years.
I find Dr Mrs Arora to be a fantastic Doctor who is very friendly, approachable understanding and trustworthy. I find the one to one meetings with the doctor very calm and very relaxed.
I wouldn't find any embarrassing ailments a problem and i would feel very comfortable talking about these in front of the doctor.
All in all I believe Dr Mrs Arora to be patient to my ailments, knowledgeable in her decisions and very professional at all times.
I would recommend Dr Mrs Arora and the Surgery practice to anyone wishing or looking too find a reputable Doctor without hesitation.
